The Institute of Educational Entrepreneurship and Management is committed to developing professionals with expertise in educational leadership, organizational management, and educational policy. Our learner-centered approach prepares students for leadership roles in schools, public and private institutions, and educational research.
Objectives
This program aims to:
- Equip students with knowledge and skills in educational leadership, organizational management, and policy-making.
- Prepare students for administrative roles in schools or managerial positions in both public and private institutions.
- Develop students' understanding of social science research principles and methods, enabling them to conduct educational inquiries effectively.
Graduates of this program are expected to serve as school leaders, district administrators, policy analysts, advocates, and scholars in education and educational leadership. The curriculum is continuously refined to align with these goals, ensuring graduates receive comprehensive academic training and in-depth knowledge.

Features and Prospects
The Institute has built a strong reputation for excellence in research and teaching, earning recognition as a Research Outstanding Institute within the university. Over the past four years, four doctoral students have received the Overseas Research Scholarship from the National Science Council and the Ministry of Education, R.O.C. Additionally, each year, more than ten students and alumni pass the local government principal examination.
Looking ahead, the Institute aims to:
