※請同學詳閱以下資訊,公告即將辦理之學位口試資訊,預祝口試順利!
►申請時間點:開學後可提出,最遲應於口試日之「前一個月15號」前申請。
(Apply time:At the beginning of semester,or send the application before 15 of previous month at least.)
►註1:當學期申請口試核准後,因故未舉辦口試者,需於新學期重新申請方得舉辦。
(Attention 1:If the exam cannot be hold as scheduled for any reason, it need to be reapplied in next semester. )
►註2:計畫口試(proposal)與論文口試(final)舉行時間「至少間隔90天以上」。
(Attention 2:The proposal and final should be 90 days apart at least.)
►註3:最遲應於口試日之「前一週上網登錄計畫口試」,俾利製作口試委員聘書。
(逾期登錄者,委員聘書於次週補發後自行轉送給口委。)

E4-1:研究生如論文有延後公開,請務必填寫此申請書並放置紙本論文與電子檔內
E4-2:依國家圖書館通知,爾後申請論文延後公開的學生,在繳交紙本論文時需以下列方式裝訂。
E4-2-1送繳國家圖書館的論文(由各系所送達):【延後公開】申請書需夾附於紙本論文內。

E5:列印論文摘要表 (Print Abstract)
上傳論文電子檔後,請至本校圖書館博碩士論文系統:列印論文摘要表下載列印,需指導教授簽名後交給圖書館。
(After uploading the Thesis, please go to National University of Tainan Electronic Theses & Dissertations to print out the abstract. The abstract needs to be signed by the advisor and then handed over to the library.
