五、PSEM課程內容說明:
       本工作坊聚焦於懲罰性結構方程模型 (Penalized SEM, PSEM) 的最新方法論進展，並以 Mplus 軟體進行實作示範。PSEM透過在最大概似估計中引入「懲罰函數/先驗分布」，能處理傳統 SEM 無法估計的未識別模型，並在因素分析、MIMIC、SEM、多群組分析、以及多層次模型、縱貫性模型等領域展現強大應用潛力。與機器學習中的正則化技術 (如: LASSO、Ridge) 相呼應，PSEM 不僅提供參數收斂與偏差控制，更能以「校準損失」等新型懲罰函數追求模型簡約性與解釋力。兩天的課程將結合PSEM理論與實務，以 Mplus 9.1進行分析，透過實證研究和模擬研究進行說明。參與者將能理解 PSEM 如何在 SEM 與機器學習之間搭建橋樑，並掌握其在高維度資料與複雜結構中的應用前景。
